Three of our UCS students have recently moved to Melbourne, Australia and have signed a contract to play for Albion Rovers.

Sam Irons (former Sunderland and England Under 16 international), Steven Sumner (Wigan Athletic Under 18 centre-back) and Amazing Kiasungua (former Middlesbrough Under 17 striker) are all playing for Albion Rovers, whilst combining their football with their degree programme with UCS. They are also coaching within the junior set-up within the club.

And now they’ve signed a contract to rent this beautiful house to be able to relax in at the end of a busy day of study, coaching and playing football.

Everyone at UCS wishes these three students all the best with their time down under.

Graduation Time!

Last week, our UCS graduates (BSc in Sports Coaching) travelled to Northampton to celebrate their graduation ceremony at The Royal & Derngate Theatre. They all looked wonderful in their gowns, and it was a joy to recognise the hard work, dedication and achievements they have put into their studies over the past few years.
