What to expect
Redditch United Academy enable both male and female learners to gain college or degree level education in sport alongside an elite full-time coaching and competition schedule.
Opportunities for footballing progression are provided for learners, with proven pathways into Redditch United First Team being accessed by a number of students.
As well as this, an established pathway into Reserves football provides our full time students with experience in Men’s football. Links with local MFL Clubs are also established, in order to send our students on Developmental Loans to further their footballing development.
Employment opportunities are also available for students, including a variety of roles within Redditch United working as part of their community coaching and match day teams.
